Our in-house workshop can build, test and provide performance data for any thermal component prototype, we then work with you to analyse performance and engineer the best solution for your requirements.

Hardware and software development
Our current embedded electronics product development is focused on; power, thermal, sensing and energy harvesting, resulting in off-the-shelf and evaluation/prototype solutions. We are continually advancing design and manufacturing capabilities to ensure that we maintain a competitive position within our markets.

New project customization process:

1: Customers share their requirements include:
1.1. The type, insulation, function and application scope of PTC heating elements required by customers.
1.2. Voltage, power, size, logo and appearance.
1.3. Provide the related prototype if customer have it.

Note: In order to avoid misunderstandings in communication and the final product developed is not what the customer needs, in the demand communication stage, we request the customer to describe the project and put forward requirements as accurately as possible. After discussion, our company sorts out the customer's needs in written form and asks the customer to confirm.

2. Our company proposes solutions and quotations.
The quotation includes: development fee, proofing fee, product quotation, payment terms, development and production time.
3: The customer signs a development order contract with our company and pays related expenses.
4: We design and develop, proofing for customer testing.
5: The customer tests and confirms the samples and places bulk orders.
6: We start production and then deliver.

The biggest project our founder has been solved in was the PTC products for new energy vehicle. The products includes the heater for battery and seats, it brought billions of order from China vehicle manufacturers.
